Terms of Service

GrowMate helps you plan content, analyse SEO and GEO visibility, and manage affiliate promotion for projects you own.

The service is provided as-is and evolves. Features may be added, changed, or removed. Free plans may have usage limits.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

One person per account. Do not share credentials or resell access without written permission.

Do not use GrowMate to create spam, misleading content, or content that violates the rules of the platforms you publish to.

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.

Do not upload unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages or to scrape Google or other providers in violation of their terms.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

GrowMate connects to Google Search Console only after you authorise it, and reads data read-only. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms.

Other providers involved: OpenAI (text generation), BrandScope (GEO measurement), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe and Creem (payments).

If a third-party provider changes or revokes access, the related feature may stop working. That is not a breach of these terms.

You keep ownership of the content and project data you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display it so we can run the service for you.

AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms where you distribute content.

SEO and AI visibility depend on search engines, competitors, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, signups, or revenue.

Diagnostics and task suggestions are recommendations, not promises.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe or Creem on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and plan features are shown in the product before purchase.

Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, and force majeure may cause downtime.

We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing ljc05061314@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows the privacy policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
